Abstract
Mit Expertensystemen in der Informations- und Dokumentationswissenschaft sind neue Perspektiven für die automatische Bearbeitung von abgespeicherten Informationen aufgezeigt worden. trotzdem haben Information Retrieval und Expertensysteme ihren eigenen Stellenwert, deren begrenzung allerdings ggf. durch eine Kombination überwunden werden kann
