Abstract
The main German language newspapers are seen as very valuable and reliable sources of information in the fields of business, economics, as well as Europe and worldwide. Describes a selection of newspapers online. Analyzes the contents of newspapers and notes online availability. Lists the special features of online files are listed and the indexing used. Emphasis is given to research possibilities for non German speaking users. Most of the newspapers mentioned are abstracted in various international databases, such as Globalbase and FITT; using the databases and their coding systems; where, first the relevant articles can bet retrieved and then, the full text article obtained from the newspaper full text database
