Abstract

Für den Nutzer ist es ärgerlich: innerhalb von wenigen Minuten können die in Datenbanken recherchierten, für seine Fragestellung relevanten Literaturhinweise nachgewiesen wewrden; die Beschaffung derselben über den deutschen Leihverkehr aber aber durchschnittlich 18 Tage. Wen wundert es da noch, daß (nach einer Untersuchung der UB Konstanz) über 40% der jährlich etwa 2,5 Millionen bestellten Kopien erst gar nicht abgeholt werden? Neue Document delivery-Dienste könnten helfen, das Ärgernis zu beseitigen
