Abstract

In Cogito 1990, H.1 (S.35 ff.) wurden vom Autor Fallstricke bei der Patentrecherche aufgezeigt. Die damals gesammelten Probleme sind leider heute noch genauso aktuell wie 1990. Im Rahmen des seit April 1995 laufenden INSTI-Projektes des BMBW wurde dieses Thema gar zu einem zweitägigen Seminar zur Qualitätssicherung im Bereich der Patentrecherche ausgeweitet. Unser Artikel gibt - zusammen mit dem vorgenannten Artikel von 1990 - einen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der wichtigsten Fallstricke für den Rechercheur
