Abstract

Da Krankenhäuser eine große Vielfalt unterschiedlicher Informationen verwalten müssen, ergibt sich für diese die Notwendigkeit ein adäquates Informationssystem aufzubauen. Das Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik der Universität Dortmung führte ein Projekt zur entwicklung eines Referenzmodells und eines darauf basierenden Informationssystems für krankenhäöuser durch, das alle Aufgabenabläufe in den verschiedenen Bereichen eines Krankenhauses abbilden und die entsprechenden Entscheidungsprozesse unterstützen sollte. Das Informationssystem wurde hierbei mit Hilfe der Oracle-Entwicklungswerkzeuge Forms und Reprtwriter auf einer Oracle-Datenbank als Grundlage für die Datenbasis erstellt.
