Abstract

Es liegt auf der Hand: Information hat eine eminente strategische Bedeutung für ein Unternehmen. Aber erst, wenn die richtige Information zur rechten zeit am rechten Ort - d.h. beim richtigen Mitarbeiter vorliegt, kann ihr Wert ausgeschöpft werden. Noch immer gibt es zu viele Reibungsverluste und damit zeitliche und finanzielle Verluste durch die Suche nach der gerade notwendigen Sachinformation. Und zwar trotz der zunehmenden Automatisierung von Arbeitsplätzen
