Abstract
Die heutige Informationslandschaft verändert sich radikal. Auf dem Weg zur digitalen Bibliothek gibt es unterschiedliche Lösungsansätze für einen schnellen und unkomplizierten Zugriff auf relevante Informationen. SilverPlatters Client/Server Netzwerktechnologie ERL ist ein flexibles und offenes System, das dafür viele Möglichkeiten bietet. SilverPlatter Information sucht die Zusammenarbeit mit Bibliotheken und Technologiefirmen, um gemeinsam Lösungen für die Anbindung von bibliographischen Recherchen an den Volltext zu ermöglichen, sei es über vereinfachte Bestellfunktionen, dynamische Links oder ERL kompatible OPACs
