Abstract
Mit diesen Sonderrgeln wird eine stark überarbeitete Auflage von RAK-Musik (1986) vorgelegt, mit der fehlende Regelwerksbestimmungen ergänzt und eine Anpassung an das Grundregelwerk RAK-WB erreicht werden sollen. Generell wurde versucht, die Zahl der Abweichungen so gering wie möglich zu halten, insbesondere in Fragen, die für die Datenverarbeitung relevant sind. Das Bestreben dabei war, einerseits eine Integration der Musikalienkataloge in die allgemeinen Kataloge zu ermöglichen, andererseits eine deutlicher Strukturierung des Regelwerkes und eine klarere Begrifflichkeit zu erreichen. Die vorliegenden Regeln gelten in gleicher Weise für RAK-WB und RAK-ÖB, sie wurden unter Beteiligung zahlreicher Musikbibliothekare erarbeitet und können daher als echte Gemeinschaftsleistung aller Musikbibliotheken gelten
