Discusses information sharing with other librarians, the importance of collection awareness, budget allocation, the role of reviews, and print versus electronic reference sources. Proposes the establishment of a listserve for academic librarians as a solution to the problems of delay and word count limits of print reviews, with facilities for online ordering
