FinMeSH, for Finish medical and health information users has been prepared by cooperation between professional societies and institutions as well as through international relations. MeSH has a global and a local section. It would be helpful for efficient information retrieval and availability of medical and health care information, if the complete global structure could be reflected in live local concepts
