Abstract

Interaktive, profilgesteuerte Internet-Dienstleistungen gewinnen in den Vereinigten Staaten und in anderen Ländern immer mehr Popularität. Im Bibliothekswesen nehmen diese Dienstleistungen normalerweise die Gestalt von personalisierten Homepages oder automatisierten Benachrichtigungsdiensten an. Dieser Beitrag schildert die Erfahrung einer akademischen Bibliothek in den USA und liefert einige Ideen für die weitere Entwicklung interaktiven Dienstleistungen in der Bibliothek
