Abstract

Ein global agierendes Unternehmen muss auf die Gegebenheiten vor Ort wie rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, Sprache und Kultur Rücksicht nehmen, wenn es sich langfristig auf einem regionalen Markt etablieren will. Dies erfordert unter anderem eine große Flexibilität vonseiten der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die bei der Bewältigung ihrer Aufgaben wesentlich auf den laufenden Informationsfluss innerhalb des Gesamtunternehmens angewiesen sind. Neben dem Intranet als datentechnischer Infrastruktur kommt hier der Arbeit der Informationsspezialisten große Bedeutung zu
