Der Umgang mit dem PC und das Surfen in Netzen ist schon lange nicht mehr nur eine Sache von Computerfreaks und Spezialisten. Für breite Bevölkerungsschichten ist es zum normalen Bestandteil des Alltags geworden. Von Informationsvermittlern wird erwartet dass sie dieses Medium nutzen, sowohl bei der Suche nach Informationen, als auch beim Angebot von Leistungen
