Abstract
Computergestützte Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme (IuK-Systeme) sind heute zur Lösung betrieblicher Problemstellungen unentbehrlich. Sowohl an Studenten als auch an Praktiker wendet sich dieses Buch, das IuK-Systeme in einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz vorstellt und kritisch analysiert. Nach der Strukturierung der in Wirtschaft und Verwaltung zu erfüllenden Informationsverarbeitungs- und Kommunikationsaufgaben werden die technologischen Rahmenbedingungen und Voraussetzungen für die IuK-Systeme beschrieben und die wichtigsten Anwendungssoftwaresysteme vorgestellt, die in der Praxis im Einsatz sind. Abschließend bietet das Buch zwei ergänzende Ansätze zur Gestaltung prozeßorientierter computergestützter IuK-Systeme
