Abstract

Um Fach- und Führungskräfte in Entscheidungssituationen mit relevanter Information zu unterstützen, hat sich das Konzept des Data Warehousing in Unternehmen und Organisationen bewährt. Dabei ist nicht nur die managementgerechte Aufbereitung der Daten in Führungsinformationssystemen und Entscheidungsunterstützungssystemen entscheidend, sondern auch die zeitnahe und konsistente Zuführung von internen und externen Informationen.
