Abstract

Die Wirtschaftsmärkte werden zunehmend dynamischer und turbulenter, so dass Unternehmen ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit nur durch hohe Flexibilität und Innovationsfähigkeit erhalten und stärken können. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird die optimale Nutzung der Ressource "Wissen" durch ein systematisches situationsangemessenes Wissensmanagement verstärkt als ein wettbewerbskritischer bzw. -entscheidender Faktor betrachtet. Auch die Potenziale soziologischer und technologischer Netzwerke werden in dieser Hinsicht diskutiert.
