Abstract
Knowledge Management zahlt sich aus: Trotz einer weltweit angespannten Wirtschaftslage ist Henkel ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen, das stetig steigende Gewinne ausweisen kann. Gewiss hat der Erfolg immer viele Väter. Einer davon ist, dass die Mitarbeiter bei Henkel über ihre Berufsfelder stets gut informiert sind, dank dem Henkel "InfoCenter". Henkel hat nicht erst seit der Erfindung des Marketingbegriffs "Knowledge Management` eine professionelle Informationsabteilung. Das Henkel InfoCenter nutzt verschiedene Werkzeuge und Lieferanten, um den Informationsfluss täglich zu organisieren. Eines der IT-Werkzeuge ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle regelmäßigen oder regelmäßig abrechenbaren Leistungen, auf die alle Kunden des Henkel InfoCenters online zugreifen können.
