Abstract

Die 8 Vorträge waren Teil der 27. Tagung der Jahrestagung der Gesellschaft für Klassifikation an der Universität Cottbus, 11-14. März 2003. Im bibliothekarischen Zweig ¨Sacherschließung und Bibliothekswissenschaft¨ ging es diesmal um Inhaltserschließung und Controlling. Das Leitreferat hielt Dr. Klaus Ceynowa, Göttingen, der die Zuhörer in das bibliothekarische Controlling insbesondere bei der Bestandserschließung einführte. Die Kernfrage lautete: ¨ Können wir uns die Sacherschließung noch leisten ?¨ Die nachfolgenden Referate konzentrierten sich auf Kostenreduzierung, Effizienzerhöhung bei den Erschließungsprozeduren, Erweiterung der inhaltserschlossenen Anteile in den OPAC-Angeboten sowie Erhöhung der automatisierten Anteile bei der Erschließungsarbeit.
