Abstract

Vom ersten Entwurf eines Grobkonzepts 1998/1999 bis hin zur Umsetzung in den einzelnen Stadtteilbibliotheken in Eigenregie seit Frühjahr 2003 habe ich die Implementierung von ISAR - dem Kundeninformationssystem der Münchner Stadtbibliothek - größtenteils federführend betreut. Im Folgenden stelle ich die positiven Erfahrungen und die Fehler, die im Laufe der letzten sechs Jahre an und mit diesem Projekt gemacht wurden, dar.
