Abstract
Menschen mit Behinderungen stoßen zum Teil auf schwerwiegende Zugangsbarrieren, wenn sie versuchen, Informationen überdas Internetzu beziehen. Dabei ist gerade für sie der barrierefreie Zugang zum Internet und seinen Diensten wichtig, weil er ihnen Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben ermöglicht. Das Recht auf barrierefreien InternetZugang ist in verschiedenen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen der Gesetzgebung geregelt. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Regelungen auf Bundes- und Landesebene sowie über rechtliche Instrumente wie Klage und Zielvereinbarung in Deutschland und wirft einen Blick auf die Gesetzeslage in der Schweiz und in Österreich.
