Abstract

Wenn sich ein Regulierer einem Medium nähert, tut er gut daran, vorab eine persönliche Erklärung abzugeben. Sie sollte die Versicherung enthalten, dass er nicht in der Absicht komme, wirtschaftlichen Fortschritt zu würgen. Ferner sollte der Hinweis enthalten sein, dass er kein Peritomiker der Freiheit sei und keinerlei Fantasie dämpfende Ziele verfolge. Auch wäre es nicht von Schaden zu bekennen, dass man - am besten: immer schon - ein Gegner von Kasuistik aller Art und überdies ein Anhänger des ein wenig verstümmelten pädagogischen Prinzips vom Wachsen lassen sei, und im Übrigen nach der Devise lebe: soviel Freiheit wie möglich und soviel Notwendigkeit wie notwendig.
