Abstract
Drei Trends im Zusammenhang mit der technologiegebundenen Wissensorganisation in der Wissenschaft sind auffällig: (1) die "Googlisierung", d.h. die einfache Volltextsuche in Indizes, mit anderen Worten eine große Bescheidenheit bei den Ansprüchen der Nutzerinnen; (2) die zunehmend dezentrale Organisation von Fachportalen; (3) ein Trend zu Bottom-up bzw. community-driven statt top-down organisierten Wissensressourcen. Der professionelle Wissensorganisation ist angesichts dieser Trends anzuraten, sich entweder auf Speziallösungen zu konzentrieren oder sich auf die Mitentwicklung von "Google 2.0" zu verlegen.
