Abstract
Qualität ist auch im boomenden Markt des Online-Geschäftes ein zentrales Thema. Die Untersuchung "Qualität von Online-Fachinformation" analysiert gängige Qualitätskonzepte hinsichtlich ihrer Anwendbarkeit auf den Bereich der Online-Fachinformation und entwickelt neue Herangehensweisen an die Anforderungen in diesem Segment. Praxisnah wird erarbeitet, welche Aspekte berücksichtigt werden müssen, um qualtitativ hochwertige Information in einem professionellen Umfeld anbieten zu können. Neben der Marktbetrachtung stehen Zielsetzung, Produktgestaltung, die Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe und insbesondere die Einbeziehung des Kunden im Zentrum der Betrachtung.
