Abstract

Wikis erfreuen sich als gemeinschaftliche Wissenssammlungen wachsender Beliebtheit. Wissenssammlungen können jedoch nur effektiv genutzt werden, wenn geeignete Suchwerkzeuge zur Verfügung stehen, die alle Besonderheiten der Suchumgebung berücksichtigen. Allerdings liefern Suchfunktionen in Wikis häufig nicht relevante Ergebnisse. Dieser Artikel beschreibt den Aufbau und die Funktionsweise einer optimierten Suchmaschine für Wikis, mit welcher dieser Missstand beseitigt werden soll. Um ein Suchergebnis als Ranking präsentieren zu können, muss dies nach bestimmten Kriterien erfolgen. Viele Kriterien aus dem Web können in Wikis nicht übernommen werden. Deshalb ist eine genaue Analyse der Struktur von Wikis erforderlich. Es wird beschrieben wie Suchergebnisse in Clustern dargestellt werden können, die auf der besonderen Struktur von Wikis beruhen. Dieser Artikel bildet die theoretische Grundlage für weitere Forschung, in der die vorgestellten Thesen analysiert werden und durch einen Retrievaltest bestätigt werden sollen.
