Describes the Catalogie Department of the University of Florida libraries' experience of using the Catalogue Micro Enhancer (CATME) Plus software as part of the cooperation with OCLC as a test site for the PRISM service. Discusses previous procedures, problems encountered under the new system with workflow and the advantages of avoiding double keying, misunderstandings and the improved data entry
