Abstract
Der Beitrag stellt die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage zum Einsatz der verschiedenen Personalgruppen in der Sacherschließung an deutschen wissenschaftlichen Bibliotheken vor. Es wurde untersucht, inwieweit mehrere Personalgruppen eingesetzt werden, welche Modelle es für die Aufgabenteilung gibt und wie sich diese bewähren. Von Interesse war dabei insbesondere der Einsatz von Diplom- bzw. Bachelor-Bibliothekarinnen und -Bibliothekaren. Ebenfalls ermittelt wurde die Haltung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, die selbst in der Sacherschließung tätig sind, zur Rolle des höheren und des gehobenen Dienstes in der Sacherschließung.
