Abstract
The paper outlines the results of an evaluation study of KnowledgeFinder, a CD-ROM MEDLINE product. The evaluation at the Medical Univ. of South Carolina revealed the systems strengths to be search software designed to give novice users the capability of searching successfully with little or no instructions, adjustable search control options, excellent documentation and strong vendor
