Abstract

Künstliche Intelligenz: eine Technologie, die von Tag zu Tag mehr in Massenprodukte einfließt und zum wichtigsten Markt im digitalen Kapitalismus wird. Doch was ist eigentlich Intelligenz, und ist das ein adäquater Begriff für Software, deren Reaktionen wir intuitiv für »intelligent« halten und damit grosses Vertrauen schenken? Wie »lernen« Algorithmen? Lassen sich ihre Schlussfolgerungen verstehen oder kontrollieren? Im politischen Kontext stellt sich die Frage, wem die Algorithmen und Daten, die Produktionsmittel der KI-Ökonomie, gehören, wer sie kontrolliert und wer die Verantwortung für ihre Entscheidungen trägt. Wenn Künstliche Intelligenz bei Kreditverträgen, Jobvergabe, der Höhe von Versicherungsbeiträgen und sogar bei der Rechtsprechung Einfluss nimmt, wenn Sprachassistenten unseren Alltag ständig begleiten, was bedeutet das für den Einzelnen?
