Abstract

Reviews FileMaker Pro from Claris Corporation, a flat-file database for any Macintosh with IBM RAM. Flat-file databases deal with one collection of information at time as opposed to a more complex relational database. FileMaker Pro leads contenders such as Panorama II or Database. It can handle simple graphics, import information from another FileMaker Pro file, create mailing labels and customized reports or catalogues.
