Discusses the development of an information management system providing access to radio archive material. A formal television and radio archive agreement between the BBC in Northern Ireland and the Ulster Folk and Transport museum in 1989 led to the decision to use STATUS for the management of the radio archive. Provides an example of the record structure and some details of the search methods
