Abstract

Ein kreativer Prozeß besteht in der Selektion von Elementen aus einem ungeordneten (chaotischen) oder generell vorgeordneten Repertoire und der Synthese und Strukturierung dieser Elemente (im Informationsprozeß: Informeme) zu einer Kreation, einem Werk. Ein wissenschaftliches Werk ist somit in seiner Qualität abhängig von der 'informationsökologischen' Bedingungen der Informationsvermittlung, insbesondere von Einengungen des Repertoires, den Möglichkeiten seiner Zugänglichkeit, der Partialisierung und Isolierung der Informeme und deren sprachliche Umformungen. Damit wird der Informationsvermittler mitverantwortlicher Partner im kreativen Prozeß. Das verlangt von ihm Verantwortungsbewußtsein, Kreativität und ethisches Verhalten
