Abstract
Die Vergabe von Keywords mit Hilfe eines (poly)hierarchisch gegliederten Thesaurus hat gegenüber der freien Verschlagwortung eine Reihe von Vorteilen. Ein Nachteil des Thesaurus ist jedoch, daß er einigen Aufwand für Planung, Aufbau und Pflege erfordert. Ein Standard-Thesaurus, der für die eigenen Bedürfnisse modifiziert wird, kann deshalb ein Weg sein, um die Vorteile des Thesaurus nutzen zu können, ohne gleichzeitig den erwähnten Aufwand in vollem Umfang leisten zu müssen. Konzeption, Aufbau und Inhalt eines Standard-Thesaurus Ökologischer Landbau werden hier vorgestellt. Der Vergleich mit dem üblicherweise verwendeten Vokabular AGROVOC macht die Überlegenheit des Standard-Thesuaurs im Hinblick auf korrekte Verschlagwortung deutlich
