Abstract
Der Wissenschaftlich-technische Geschäftsführer des FIZ Karlsruhe referiert über die Frage, ob die Existenz von kommerziellen Datenbankanbietern durch das Internet bedroht sei, kommt aber zu dem Schluß, daß gerade in Bezug auf das chaotische Internet die Entwicklung von benutzerfreundlichen Produkten gefragt sei und die qualifizierten Dienstleistungen der Hosts vonnöten seien
