Damit die verschiedenen Marktteilnehmer im Bereich elektronischer Informationsdienste, die Verantwortlichen in der Förderpolitik usw. richtige Entscheidungen treffen können, ist Markttransparenz vonnöten. Und schon haben wir das Problem: Nicht nur, daß wir auf den Märkten für elektronische Informationsdienste nur über unzureichende Daten verfügen.
