Abstract

Telekommunikation und Datenverarbeitung ersetzen immer häufiger herkömmliche Formen der Kommunikation und Informationsverarbeitung. Mit den elektronischen Medien nehmen aber auch Gefährdungen der Vertraulichkeit und Fälschungsrisiken zu. Die notwendigen Sicherungsverfahren, elektronische Chiffrier- und Signaturverfahren sind schon länger bekannt. Zu befürchten ist jedoch, daß es aus Rücksichtnahme z.B. auf die Interessen der Sicherheitsbehörden zu faulen Kompromissen kommt
