Abstract

'Imaging', der Einsatz elektronischer Archiverungssysteme, spielt im Rahmen von Business Reengineering-Projekten in Versicherungen und Kreditinstituten eine Schlüsselrolle. Nicht umsonst gilt Imaging innerhalb der Finanzwirtschaft und ihrer Informationstechnologie als sog. 'Enabler', mit dessen Hilfe durchgreifende Vereinfachungen bei Arbeitsabläfen ermöglicht werden können. Vor allem unbefriedigende und unqualifizierte Hifsarbeiten innerhalb der Prozesse werden mit Hilfe von Imaging-Lösungen reduziert
