Abstract

Daß man Informationen kaufen kann, daß man für die bezahlen muß, daß sie unterdrückt wird, ist bekannt - wir kennen den Warencharakter der Information, Das Grundrecht der Informationsfreiheit ist eine hohle Floskel: Wer kann die Unmengen an Informationen, die gewissermaßen auf der Straße liegen, nutzen? Die neue Klassengesellschaft unterscheidet zwischen Informations-Armen, Informations-Managern und Informations-Herrschenden. Der erste Teil das Bandes ist ein kritisches Essay zur Lage, im zweiten Teil werden konkrete Tips gegeben: wie nutze ich Datenautobahnen bis zum Internet?
