Abstract
Die Nutzung der Potentiale der Informationstechnik wird immer mehr zu einem wichtigen Erfolgsfaktor für Unternehmen und öffentliche Verwaltungen. Informationsmanagement ist der Bestandteil der Unternehmensführung, der dafür verantwortlich ist, daß die Potentiale der Informationstechnik erkannt und in betreibliche Lösungen umgesetzt werden. Dieses Buch gibt eine Einführung in das Informationsmanagement.
