Abstract
Dokumenten.Management-Systeme und elektronische Archivsysteme müssen im praktischen Einsatz 2 zentralen Ansprüchen genügen. Einmal muß die Möglichkeit vorhanden sein, in heterogenen, verteilten und offenen Systemen veränderliche Informationen verarbeiten zu können. Darüber hinaus müssen diese Informationen jedoch sicher auf optischen Speichermedien archiviert werden können. Zur Erfüllung dieser beiden zentralen Bedingungen müssen entsprechende Systemarchitekturen vorhanden sein. Die vorliegenden Ausführungen skiziieren die hierfür prinzipiell notwendigen bzw. sinnvollen Tools, Module und Dienste, wobei die auf dem Markt verfügbaren Produkte alle Anforderungen noch nicht erfüllen können. In naher Zukunft ist hier jedoch mit marktreifen Lösungen zu rechnen
