Abstract

Describes the activities of the Information Research and Development at the National Foundation for Educational Research (UK). Concentrates on activities designed to influence the climate in which information is used, encourage effective information management in organisations, and promote good information practices among trainers i.e. setting up a briefing service (called BRIEF) to tell industrialists more about education.
