Abstract

Ovid Client is an online graphical interface to the Ovid Technologies online databases. It uses the Z39.50 protocaol that allows a user to connect to and search any database servers that comply with this protocol. 80 databases are currently accessible through this software. Gives an overview of the interface, and details index browsing, searching, limiting, term mapping and displaying, printing and downloading features
