Abstract

Provision of information for the community, particularly for the community's information have nots in the aim of public information kiosk in shopping centres. In Maryland and Florida, USA, they offer access to library catalogues, an encyclopedia database, community services resources, networks, and interactive databases for children. The technology used is PIKiosk produced by a company of that name in Maryland
