Abstract

Das am 14. August von der Bundesregierung beschlossene Programm 'Information als Rohstoff für Innovation' soll in Wissenschaft, Staat und Industrie die Weichen für das Multimedia-Zeitalter stellen. Gegenüber den 1974 begonnenen Fachinformationsprogrammen verfolgt es ein 'neues Konzept'. Die Aufgaben sollen künftig in wissenschaftlicher und wirtschaftlicher Selbstverwaltung gelöst werden, der Staat zieht sich mit seinem finanziellen Engagement kontinuierlich zurück
