Abstract

Ein gut funktionierendes Informationsmanagement ist die Voraussetzung für erfolgreiches Marketing. Insbesondere die Marktforschungs-Abteilungen von Unternehmen sind auf geeignete Instrumentarien und Arbeitsabläufe für die kontinuierliche Recherche von relevanten Marktinformationen and deren Verteilung im Unternehmen angewiesen. Ein Beispiel für den Umgang mit Informationen im Bereich Konkurrenzanalyse ist die Lösung der Darmstädter Unternehmensberatung M.I.S. Consulting GmbH, die auf der Basis von Lotus Notes als Groupware-Plattform mit geeigneter Dokumenten-Management-Komponente beruht
