Abstract
In Hannover hat in der vergangenen Woche die CeBIT begonnen, ein elektronischer Marktplatz der Gegnwart und vor allem aber auch der Zukunft. Die Computerwelt verspricht dabei unter anderem eine ökologischere Zukunft, wenn etwa Distanzen nicht mehr über Autobahnen, sondern über Leitungen zurückgelegt werden. Doch das ist nur die eine Seite. Volker Schütte, Referent der Bundestagsfraktion von Bündnis 90/Die Grünen für Bildungs- und Forschungspolitik, hat deshalb Bilanz gezogen. Wir dokumentieren seine Analyse, die den 'Blätter für deutsche und internationale Politik', 9/96 entnommen ist, in einer vom Autor überarbeiteten Fassung
