Abstract

Über ihren internationalen Verband IFLA fordern die Bibliotheken einen weder durch rechtliche noch finanzielle Schranken behinderten freien Zugang zu elektronischen Medien für jedermann. Gerade auch im Informationszeitalter stellen Bibliotheken einen zuverlässigen Garanten zur Verwirklichung dieses Menschenrechts auf Informationsfreiheit dar
