Abstract
Das Multimediagesetz der Bundesregierung, das für Rechtssicherheit im Internet sorgen soll, ist am Freitag während der ersten Lesung im Bundestag von den Oppositionsparteien als relaitätsfern angegriffen worden. Besondere Aktualität gewinnt die Debatte durch die Anklage der Staatsanwaltschaft München I gegen den Online-Dienst CompuServe wegen Verbreitung pornographischen Materials
