Abstract
Aufbau und Inhalt dieser Einführung folgen dem kommunikationstheoretischen Ansatz von Gerolf Ungeheuer. Seine anthropologische Grundlegung überwindet die systemlinguistische Ansicht, Kommunikation sei die bloße Anwendung eines Zeichensystems. Sie ermöglicht einen anderen Blick auf sprachliche Mittel wie Metaphern, Paraphrasen, Argumentation und Deixis und betont den Handlungscharakter von Kommunikation. Sie bietet weiter die Möglichkeit, die Ergebnisse der Künstlichen-Intelligenz-Forschung kritisch zu beurteilen
