Abstract

Informationsgesellschaft und Informationskultur hat es immer schon gegeben. Das Internet ist insoweit keine neue Welt, sondern nur eine Epoche mit neuen Chancen, Risiken und Rahmenbedingungen. Wir brauchen keine neue Informationskultur, sondern die Übertragung alter Werte auf die neuen Gegebenheiten. Niemand ist dem Internet-Chaos hilflos ausgesetzt; etwas Innovationsmut gehört aber schon zur Fortschrittsbewältigung. Widerstand ist geboten gegen die Monopolgelüste einiger Global Players
