Abstract

Concerns which have emerged with the proliferation of electronic resources include the possible infatuation of library users with electronic resources over their print counterparts, the explosion of information resources, and providing reference services in an electronic society. Investigates the impact of this growth in electronic resources on traditional reference services and on how library customers are served by librarians. Along with answering the above concerns, presents information from a survey concerning the impact of electronic resources
